Hawaii offers countless outdoor activities, both in and out of the water, and offers an activity for every kind of traveler, whether you’re looking for a relaxing time at the beach or an exciting active vacation.

We lived in Hawaii for a little over 4 years, and one of my favorite memories was exploring the inside the lava tube of a dormant volcano on the Big Island. On Maui, Haleakala National Park is well worth a visit if volcanoes peak your interest, and of course, even if they don’t.
